1)There are too many version of USB mouse and keyboards, we can not make sure the compatibility,so standard 104-key wired USB keyboard, standard 2 or 3 button wired USB mouse are recommended.
2)The Matrix switcher has limited compatibility with mechanic keyboard&mouse, and we wont recommend to use with these mechanic versions.
3)Premium HDMI certified HDMI 2.0 cable is really needed to work with our item.
4)There are thousands of video sources and display froms various brands and manufacturers, there is not a single item which can supports all models.
5)if there is any problem, pls contact us for trouble shooting instead of openning a dispute or negative feedback.
